How crazy is the mobile phone market getting at the moment. OFCOM recently stated that mobile phone contracts are confusing for the customer, that cashback deals were too difficult for customers to understand and more often than not, impossible to claim back. In fact a large number of companies that offered cashback mobile phone contracts have now gone bankrupt such is the pressure and uneconomical viability of these deals.
